Guadelupe Zaju - Mexico

Our current bean is the delightful 'Guadalupe Zaju' from the Esteve family farm in Chiapas, Mexico. Roasted to a full city (medium), our batch brings out everyone's favourite chocolatey, nutty coffee flavours, with a hint of red currents and mild acidity. This is a roast for everyone.

impact

Teddy Esteve takes his farming seriously. The farm is Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, and Café Practices certified. 100% of the coffee is grown under Magnolia shade. Furthermore, water used for production, for drinking and for cooking all comes from nearby springs and is processed on the on-site treatment plant.
