spilling the beans
origin and roast profiles

Guadelupe Zaju - Mexico
Our current bean is the delightful 'Guadalupe Zaju' from the Esteve family farm in Chiapas, Mexico. Roasted to a full city (medium), our batch brings out everyone's favourite chocolatey, nutty coffee flavours, with a hint of red currents and mild acidity. This is a roast for everyone.
