As Kirk-coo-brew grows, we will have a go at roasting beans from all over the globe. Our main espresso is currently a Mexican Bean, from Guadalupe Zaju.

We buy our beans through Mercanta, founded in 1996, they supply roasters all over the world with green Arabica coffee beans.

All our of Beans are roasted by Lewie, at home in Kirkcudbright!

Affectionately known as "the Pig", the Aillio Bullet R1 V2, our roaster allows us to develop recipes and share notes with people all over the world in the roastin' business.

Kirk-coo-brew can be enjoyed at Feast Cafe, in Kirkcudbright, where one of our baristas can make an espresso based drink of your choice.

Or you can buy it as beans (or ground) for you to take home!
